The Sharp System
The Sharp System
(Student Help Advice Reporting System)
At All Saints School, the wellbeing and safety of our students are our highest priorities. We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to speak directly to a teacher or member of staff about a concern. The Sharp System provides a simple and confidential way for students and parents to share any concerns or seek support β at any time of day.
What Is the Sharp System?
The Sharp System (Student Help Advice Reporting System) is an online self-reporting tool designed to help students and parents raise issues or ask for advice about anything affecting their wellbeing, safety, or happiness in school or outside of it.
You can use the Sharp System to report concerns such as:
- Bullying or cyberbullying
- Friendship or relationship issues
- Emotional or mental health concerns
- Concerns about safety, either for yourself or others
- Worries about behaviour, wellbeing, or attendance
Whether your concern is about yourself, a friend, a group of students, or someone else in the school community β your voice will be heard.
How It Works
- Visit The Sharp System.
- Complete the simple online form β you can give as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable sharing.
- When your report is submitted, the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Key Pastoral Leaders are immediately notified by email.
- The team will assess your concern and respond quickly and appropriately to ensure the right support is provided.
Confidentiality and Support
Reports made through the Sharp System are treated seriously and sensitively. You can choose to give your name or remain anonymous β either way, our pastoral and safeguarding teams will ensure that your concern is followed up appropriately and with care.
The system is not about getting anyone into trouble β itβs about keeping everyone safe, supported, and listened to.
